What's Black Finish (KURO UCHI) Knife?

Black finish traditional Japanese knife is made by forge welding soft iron and blue steel together as Kasumi type.

The difference between this and Kasumi is-

Kasumi has polished finish and the iron of the Kurouchi is left unpolished (Only the bevel and inside of the blade are ground.) that is classic looking,

yet it has better rust resistance.

Please note that this is not stainless steel, so it still gets rust.
